Title
Slovenija beteween centralism and decentralism
Abstract
The systems theory, theory of strategic games and a historical view point are instruments through which the author points out problems of the eminent constitutional organization of Slovenia concerning levels of centralization or decentralization. The author sets two theses while extensively arguing for both, one which speaks for centralism the other against. The conclusion is an account of the present position of Regions in Slovenia which exhibit vast differences in their specific development and resumed growing monocentrizem.
