Instructions for authors

Preparation of contribution

All contributions should be prepared strictly in line with the instructions for authors. The editorial board will reject articles that do not comply with the requirements specified in the instructions for authors. Only high quality scholarly articles are accepted for peer review.

These instructions for authors are copyrighted by the Urban Planning Institute of the Republic of Slovenia.

Submission of contribution

The editors accept contributions for publication in Urbani izziv throughout the year. Contributions should be sent electronically to the Editor.

Together with their contributions, authors should also e-mail the completed submission application form to confirm their compliance with the rules for publishing in Urbani izziv. This replaces the cover letter and copyright agreement.

If you are using any of the programs for adding citations (e.g. Zotero, Mendeley, Endnote), you can import a citation-style file into the program that corresponds to the instructions for Urbani izziv magazine. English an Slovenian versions are available: urban-izziv-en.csl and urbani-izziv.csl. More information about installation of styles is available here.
