Abstract

An example of partnership renewal in Glasgow, Scotland Renewal, in this example treated as urban regeneration is executed through asocial developmental scheme. Partners in the realization of the renewal of dilapidated residential areas in Glasgow, Scotland, are: the local community, private sector, public sector and, as coordinator, the central government The latter is necessary owing to revitalization or renewal being understood as a social intervention.
