Title
New values as an instrument for transforming the way of life: open space as a condition for direct positionig of political discussion
Abstract
The author compares the ideas of Soviet architects and urban planners after the October revolution. They where recognized as builders of the new societal system, their role being placed into reality as a Party tool in spatial management. In light of the systems theory of Luhmann, the author analyses the impossibility of onesided penetration of the political subsystem into the spatial subsystem.
