The role of the Housing Fund of the Republic Slovenia
Abstract
Basic data about the Housing Fund is given, outlining the principles and requirements for loan allocation. Such loans are available both to individuals and non-profit housing organizations. The Housing Fund is making efforts to supplement and extend the institutional structure of the housing sector by introducing a housing savings bank, by issuing long-term debenture bonds, and through foreign borrowing.
