Title
Regionalism as a system of management
Abstract
The discussion concerns Slovenia as a Europcan region and questions of internal regionalization. It starts of with the problems of setting the bounds of these regions. The core of the article is in citing the theoretical and political facts which argue for regionalization in Slovenia comparing them to similiar units elsewere in the World as well as alternate development models for Europe in the future. The author believes, that regionalization should be included in the new constitution of Slovenia.
