Title

The renewal of rural areas, value level of settlements

 

Abstract

Rural areas are those which are outside larger or smaller urban centres and are defined by primary production activities. The major problem of renewal is the establishment of evaluation criteria, which encompass equally, the local environment and the rural settlement on itself. The author offers a system for the comparison of settlements and a system for determining the value of particular structures respectively.
