Analysis and practice of urban revitalization
Abstract
Among all the interests concerning renewal, protection and revitalization of cities, the economic, kapital interest or initiative prevails. This is caused by undiscernable, alternative or undefined political and other decisions. Possible effects of narrow sectorial evaluation are social problems.
